Three south metro cities that share borders, Englewood, Littleton and Sheridan, have joined in a Tri-Cities Homelessness Policy Group to understand and address homelessness.
Representatives from the cities studied a variety of reports, several of them from the University of Denver, and has held a series of joint meeting of the three city councils to discuss how to move forward.
